Pre-payment terms for all others unless specified in writing by RacelineDigital.com. Payments methods that are acceptable are
PayPal/VISA/Mastercard/American Express.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of
our offer to sell. We reserve the right after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.
Quotations:
Written quotations are subject to change without notice and become void unless accepted by the purchaser within 30 days. Oral
quotations are given for estimating purposes only and are not valid unless confirmed in writing by the Raceline Digital.
Design Time / Custom Orders:
Raceline Digital charges $55.00 per/hr for design time. No design work will commence unless a minimum deposit of 50% the estimated design time quoted by Raceline Digital is paid in full.
Outstanding hours owing or nonpayment will be subject to cancellation of work and all designs become the property of Raceline Digital.
Invoicing:
Must be paid in full to Raceline Digital within 10 business days of receipt of invoice unless otherwise aggreed to, in writing, by Raceline Digital.
All invoices will be sent to customers via mail, email or fax. Nonpayment of invoices after 10 business days will result in late payment penalties.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing
or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed
at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately refund your account
in the amount of the charge.
