All order should be shipped with a tracking number via Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel or XpressPost. SMALL PACKET AIR DOES NOT HAVE TRACKING. If your parcel is not delivered or is severely late please contact us at 1-888-857-1878 or by email at info@racelinedigital.com.

 

All deliveries must be signed and received in by the customer. If you were not available for delivery, check your local postal outlet or for delivery notices. Should your order be returned for non-received (NOT NON-DELIVERED) we will re-ship, the customer will be responsibe for re-shipment cost. 
 

 

RATES:

 

Shipping fees will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout and before confirming your order. Tracking numbers will be provided for all Expedited Parcel & XpressPost shipments only. Small Packet Air does not have a tracking feature and both can take up to 2 weeks transit time in USA or longer for international customers.


Due to the pricing increase by Canada Post for International orders, please contact us to discuss our discount offer, availability should you question the rate for XpressPost service.

 

Raceline Digital cannot be held responsible for delay by the receivers county's customs or delays due to Canada Post. All delivery dates are approximations, even for "guaranteed" dates issued by Canada Post. All duties, applicable taxes and custom fees are to be paid by the customer.


CANCELATIONS:

 

Customer has two business days from date of placing order to cancel

 

RETURNS:

 

All graphics and lettering are custom cut and non-refundable, no store credit or exchanges.



DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:

 

RacelineDigital.com does not cover claims of damage caused during shipment, improper installation, use in extreme conditions, and improper care of graphics. 

 

UNSPECIFIED, TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERY DATES:

 

RacelineDigital.com will not ship orders via a specific delivery date unless the buyer makes arrangements with Raceline Digital before purchasing. Any unspecified requests will be treated via our specified production and shipping transit time.
